Leticia Hashem is a non-profit leader, businesswoman, and faith-based leader. She is a graduate of Harvard University,
with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has extensive experience in nonprofit management. Before serving as Vice President of Fight For Freedom International, she was Co-Founder and CEO of Infused Impact, a not-for-profit impact investing firm, and prior to this, she served as U.S. Director for Danita’s Children Hope for Haiti. She has chaired and held positions on multiple nonprofit and public governing boards, including the board of the Harvard Business School Community Partners of Connecticut. She has provided more than 15 years of pro bono consulting services to nonprofits in various fields. Leticia also has extensive experience in for-profit business, working both as a management consultant and in management within large corporations, with focus on strategic planning and organizational leadership. And she has a faith-based ministry background as a licensed minister and public speaker.
