The nation of Jordan is home to more than 2 million refugees from conflicts and terrorism in Syria and Iraq. Fight For Freedom began delivering food aid to widows and orphans in the Amman region of Jordan, and is developing longer-term programming with a local partner to aid and empower refugee children in Jordan.
Refugee Hosting: Jordan is home to approximately 3 million individuals displaced by Middle Eastern conflicts, making it one of the top refugee-hosting nations globally.
Demographics: Many of these refugees, originating from Syria, Iraq, and Palestine, are widows and orphans, representing the most vulnerable groups.
Outreach Efforts: In 2023, Fight for Freedom launched an initiative by visiting more than 200 families of widows and children, aiming to directly assess and respond to their needs.
Humanitarian Aid: Provided essential food and humanitarian aid, enhancing the living conditions of these affected families.
Local Collaboration: In 2024, our organization is deepening our impact through strategic partnerships with local entities to improve resource distribution.
Life Center Initiative: Efforts are underway to open a life center near Amman, specifically aimed at supporting orphaned and homeless children with necessary care and resources.
